Ordering
Orders are processed each day and will be shipped within 3-5 business days once the funds for each order have been processed and cleared. If for any reason an order or the funds are not able to be fulfilled, or processed you will receive a phone call or a denied letter if we don't hear from you.

Nu Med offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all orders and products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products you may return them for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling. A refund will appear on their next credit card statement.

Back Orders
Due to large orders or heavy volume of orders some products may be back logged from time to time. Nu Med has a large quantity of product on hand at all times and tries to avoid back orders at all costs. If you do not receive an order after two weeks contact us at: edmund36@comcast.net
